I will request them every time! Andre is an expert in his industry. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which wasn’t what the other company said). Rescue Your Air & Drain was assigned to me by American Home Shield for my AC not working properly. From the very first day, Jason, who was my technician, was responsive and professional. He called ahead on the day of my appointment to let me know that he was on the way and arrived on the early side of the appointed window, which was fantastic.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He listened to my account of what was happening and was able to quickly diagnose my issue. He also had my issue resolved completely after getting a part and gave me an informative overview of what was wrong and what he did to fix it.

I could not have asked for a better experience, which is a huge relief since it can be a real toss-up when getting service via a home warranty. But I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC issues based on my experience with them this week.

This is a great company. When our air went out in July, a few weeks after we bought our house, we were in desperate need of help! It was nearly 100 degrees outside, and it definitely felt it in our house. Jason came right over and diagnosed the issue. They had to order a part. Jason came back to install it as soon as it came in— he worked well after hours to get it installed and the AC back on, so we didn’t have to spend another night in the sweltering heat. We were so thankful! Hopefully we don’t have another issue like this anytime soon, but if we do, I wouldn’t use any other company. Rescue Your Air is wonderful, and full of good people— highly recommend.
