Rescue Your Air & Drain was assigned to me by American Home Shield for my AC not working properly. From the very first day, Jason, who was my technician, was responsive and professional. He called ahead on the day of my appointment to let me know that he was on the way and arrived on the early side of the appointed window, which was fantastic.
He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He listened to my account of what was happening and was able to quickly diagnose my issue. He also had my issue resolved completely after getting a part and gave me an informative overview of what was wrong and what he did to fix it.
I could not have asked for a better experience, which is a huge relief since it can be a real toss-up when getting service via a home warranty. But I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC issues based on my experience with them this week.
